Thompsons Towers Scaffolding Services Ltd is run by Katie and Mason Thompson. Mason leads the scaffolding out on site; Katie runs the office, handles surveys, quotes, paperwork and the neighbour conversations most firms leave to chance. That split is the whole business model; one number to ring, one person who answers it, and a crew who show up on the day they said they would.

We work for homeowners, builders, roofers, chimney specialists, property managers and main contractors. Domestic jobs are our bread and butter: extensions, re-roofs, chimney rebuilds, repointing, rendering and full refurbishments on houses of every shape, including the tight drives and narrow side returns common across Kent's older housing stock. On the commercial side we run programmed scaffolds with RAMS, scaff tags and weekly inspection records handed over as standard.

Every scaffolder on the team is CISRS-carded and holds CITB training including Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights and Scaffold Inspection. Scaffolds are built to TG20 compliant configurations, fully boarded, and where a structure falls outside standard configurations we can supply design drawings and calculations at extra charge rather than improvising on site.

From the Hadlow yard we cover Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Kings Hill, Paddock Wood, Sevenoaks and Maidstone daily, and travel further into Kent, Sussex and London for Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Gravesend and larger programmes. Storm damage and dangerous structures are made safe with a fast response, day or night; the phone is answered out of hours.
